Solaris is headquartered in San Francisco, CA, and our main flight development and operations facilities are in Europe.

We operate in Spain, from Europe’s largest commercial aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facility (PLATA) where we have access to a unique combination of dedicated airspace, world-class aerospace facilities and climactic conditions for year-round operations.

From here we can take-off, ascend to cruise altitude (above 60,000 feet), and reach any location in the world to provide coverage.

Solaris through its subsidiary, Elson Space España, has pioneered the development of Europe’s first Stratoport. Solaris has gained local, national and European support for investment and location of this new centre of space excellence.
